While currently Brahmastra director Ayan Mukerji has officially announced the release date of the film’s second hire purchase as well as the story information for the sequel. Karan Johar, Hiroo Yash Johar, Ayan, Apoorva Mehta, Namit Malhotra, and Marijke Desouza finance it through Star Studios, Dharma Productions, Prime Focus, and Starlight Pictures. Ayan Mukherji directed Brahmastra and co-wrote the screenplay with Hussain Dalal. According to reports, the actor worked hard to fit into the role of Shiva. Ranbir was away from the big screen for over four years while filming the film. The first film in Ayan Mukerji’s Astraverse trilogy, “Brahmastra-Part One: Shiva,” has taken the box office by storm, grossing close to 400 crores worldwide in just three weeks.
